CLASSROOM TRAINING RESCHEDULE POLICY

Students are always welcome to move to any other class on our schedule, free of charge. This reschedule must be processed within 1 week before the class and the newly scheduled class taken with 3 months of the date of the original class.

CLASSROOM TRAINING REFUND POLICY

  • 100% refund if requested more than 2 weeks before the class.
  • 50% refund if requested more than 1 week before the class.
  • 0% refund in the last week before the class.

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the refund request.

CLASSROOM TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

[We] reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a Training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Training. In the event a Training class is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. [We] shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

If a Training class is cancelled by [We/us] due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original class for another class offered by [we/us]. If [we] cancel a Training class for any other reason, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. [We] shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
